2. Conditions of participation

To participate in the competition, the participant must complete the given task. Participation is only possible within the entry period. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw.

Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple Facebook profiles to increase the chances of winning.

3. Eligible participants

Participants may be any natural person who has reached the age of 18. Employees and authorized representatives of AWS Malta Ltd, their family members and household members are excluded. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the participation of individual persons from the outset for good cause or to exclude them from the competition at a later date and also to reclaim the prize. Good cause is deemed to exist, for example, in cases of abuse or fraud (including attempts) or other violations of the conditions of participation. In such cases, the organizer reserves the right to also subsequently refuse prizes.

4. Content, notification and transmission of the prize

The winners will be determined after the closing date by a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the draw.

Winners will be notified on 4/3/2022 via a comment under the competition post and invited to contact the organizer via direct message. If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash.

Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

5. Entry deadline/ Termination of the competition

The competition begins on 03/27/2023. The deadline for entry is on 04/03/2023 at 11:59 pm.

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

6. Data protection

The organizer will process personal data only for the purpose of this competition on the basis of the consent of each participant. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on third parties nor given to them for use without consent. 7. Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable for the availability of the Facebook or Instagram website or its own Facebook or Instagram website. The organizer is also not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without notice, or to change its course if it ist not possible to conduct the competition properly for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons.
